ApotheosisX is currently in private pilot. By using it, you agree to the following.

Pilot status

• This is pre-release software. Features may change, break, or disappear.
• We may pause access, change scope, or end the pilot at any time.
• No service-level agreement applies.

Acceptable use

• Use the app for its intended purpose: generating interface specs and auditing built pages.
• Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Don't share your invite or magic-link emails with others.
• Don't paste content you don't have the right to share into the audit form.

Your content

• You retain ownership of anything you generate or paste into the app.
• You grant us permission to store and process that content as described in the Privacy Policy, for the sole purpose of operating the service for you.
• We don't train models on your content.

The engine's output

• The generated specs are produced by a deterministic engine guided by a methodology. They are reference material, not legal, regulatory, or design advice.
• Provenance is marked on each spec (LLM-DRAFTED, UNREVIEWED, etc.). Treat the factual content (regulation names, industry-specific claims) as draft until you verify it.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ApotheosisX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

If these terms change materially, you'll get an email before the change takes effect.
